The digitalization of tourism is aiding in the streamlining and improvement of the industry, with Guian New Area's tourism and culture center able to analyze tourist numbers and revenue to plan future projects.
The area is expected to exert efforts in five areas to improve the construction of tourism data systems, including deepening the analysis of data resources and establishing a self-controlled data resource library. It will also provide training courses to enhance the professional level of tourism big data information staff.
A data sharing platform will be established for tourism, public security, transportation, meteorology, industry and commerce, while digital facilities will be constructed for tourist attractions, travel agencies, hotels and farmhouses, offering in-depth exchanges, information sharing, and cooperation opportunities.
