Guizhou participated in the 25th Beijing International Book Expo from Aug 22 to 26. Located at the W2 exhibition hall of China International Exhibition Center, the Guizhou pavilion featured Guizhou ethnic cultural elements in its decoration.
During the expo, readers were able to find 450 types of books in various fields in the pavillion, including literature, social science, Guizhou ethnic group cultures, medicine and comics, which was offered by seven Guizhou publishers.
Guizhou Education Press signed an agreement with Les Éditions Dargaud, a renowned French-Belgian press for comics. Additionally, Guizhou people's publishing house, Starfish Bay from Australia, Royal Collins from Canada and JMV Group agreed on more cooperation on copyright.
The 25th Beijing International Book Expo attracted 2,500 exhibitors from 93 countries displaying more than 30,000 books.
