This August, Haier Capital became a shareholder of Guizhou Data Pay, representing the integrated development of big data and smart industry.
With the intention of establishing an Internet of Things, Haier plans to cooperate with Data Pay on business integration, industrial development and strategic layout.
According to Tang Hanlin, president of Data Pay, the two companies will cooperate in the industrial construction of intelligent manufacturing, intelligent finance, smart homes and smart cities.
Data Pay was established in Gui'an New Area in 2016 and provides big data products to 70 state institutions, 31 provinces, 334 cities and 96 central enterprises to promote the opening, sharing and application of state-owned big data assets.
