According to the organizing committee of the 2018 Big Data Expo, 40,670 have confirmed that they will attend the event which will be held on May 26-29 in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.
Important guests from government, academia and business circles will come to discuss the future of the big data industry.
Altogether, 35 scholars from home and abroad will take part in the sub forums. Scholars will come from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Stanford University, University of California and the European Academy of Sciences.
Senior executives from Global Fortune 500 companies will meet at the event, including high-level representatives from Apple Inc, Google, Microsoft and major Chinese companies such as Alibaba Group Holding Ltd, Baidu Inc and Tencent Holdings Ltd.
