The Hyatt Regency Guiyang in Guizhou province will host a Hakka Cuisine Festival from March 8 to 31.
During the Hakka Cuisine Festival, the Hyatt Regency Guiyang will offer authentic Hakka dishes including baked turbot, mashed ginger, egg dumplings and braised pork with Chinese herbs.
Born and raised in Guangdong province, Larry Liu has been a chef of the Cantonese cooking style for more than 20 years.
“I hope I can make a significant contribution to the food and beverage industry, and I’ll continuously explore different ingredients,” said Liu.
