A squadron of artists from Guizhou’s Research Institute of Culture and History blew in and out of Kaiyang county on Jan 10, in a flurry of brushes, ink, and paint, leaving a sizeable portfolio of colorful paintings in their wake.
The whirlwind visit was aimed at enthusing greater engagement in local culture and cultural activities.
