Guiyang Women Federation will implement its three-year “female cloud commerce” plan in 2017 to encourage more women engage in e-commerce business.
The federation will arrange training courses and communication activities, and release financial support policies to help women open online shops.
An evaluation system will also be set up to select outstanding e-commerce businesswomen and share their successful stories with other woman. A “spark training program” will be initiated in rural locations to train 600 females as e-commerce extension agents.
