An art space featuring folk arts and crafts aimed at communicating urban and rural cultures opened in Guiyang this month.
The space is called “wanyiwan” in Chinese, which means to play with art. Well-known painters, calligraphers, artists and inheritors of folk culture will be invited there to demonstrate their talents. Visitors are welcome to take part in interactive activities to learn about ethnic and folk cultures.
