The Educational Testing Service (ETS) has recently set up a Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) Primary testing center at the New World International School in Guiyang, capital of Guizhou province, with the first test taking place on May 8.
TOEFL Primary tests are designed to assess the general English-language proficiency of young students aged 8 to 13 in listening, reading and speaking.
