The city of Guiyang, capital of Guizhou province will be holding the finals of the China Mobile E-sports Games this July, according to a news conference, in Beijing, on March 19, where it was announced that the city was chosen to host the game because of its unique big data advantages.
This comment came from the organizers -- the State General Administration of Sports and the Datang Telecom Technology Co —who noted that Guiyang was well-prepared to ensure the success of the games.
Adding his view to the news conference was Wang Yuxiang, Guiyang's vice-mayor, who noted that the China Mobile Electronic Games will also have an expo and international summit arranged, with more than 300 exhibitors covering the entire industrial chain and showing their latest products, along with the related summit that is expected to be the most influential forum of its kind in the nation.
