Thirteen drug-trafficking suspects were arrested and 29.6 kilograms of heroin were seized in a transnational case cracked by the Bijie police, Guizhou Daily reported on Tuesday. The police in Guizhou and Yunnan provinces jointly traced the drug traffickers for three years. The operation was led by a woman, surnamed Li, from Weining county, the police said.
