When Remar Alvaran Zamora, a photographer from the Philippine Daily Inquirer, saw the Langde Shang village, southwest China's Guizhou province, he was surprised by the wooden architectures and stone roads.

"People's daily lives are perfectly harmonious with nature. It's wise and a kind of living philosophy," Zamora said after the first part of the trip themed "China in the eyes of the Asia media".

"I visited Beijing two years ago, but Guizhou is quite different," said Remar.

He said it's amazing to see a natural park like Qianling Shan Park in the city center, and it's unbelievable that the park can receive 50,000 visitors daily.

"A fast paced life blocks people being able to relax in Manila, the capital of the Philippines, and people there seldom walk visit parks," Remar added.

"I have spared no effort to shoot photographs, because the buildings, the ethnic costumes, the natural scenery, and almost everything here is drawing me to make a record of it," Remar said.
