The Guizhou delegation attending the second session of the 12th National People's Congress and the second session of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference's 12th National Committee arrived in Beijing on March 1 and held its first plenary session yesterday.

Zhao Kezhi, secretary of the Guizhou Provincial CPC Committee, chaired the session. Zhao was selected as head of the Guizhou delegation during the session.
Zhao said that the two sessions in 2104 are significant for pushing forward reform and building a comprehensive and well-off society. All delegations will fully prepare for and actively contribute to the two sessions. They are also a good platform to promote the image of Guizhou.
