The industrial zone consists of a coal power area; a minerals processing and utilization area; a commerce, trade and logistics area; a food and medicine processing area; and a building materials area. The areas are located in the county's Yangchang town, Zhaile village, Shabao village, and Wangjiazhai town, respectively. The industrial zone is expected to cover a total area of 20 square kilometers with its main park on a land of 16.8 sq km. The industrial zone plan is being developed and will be worked out before June. The industrial zone will also cover the county’s service industry, including tourism. Water, electricity and public service platform infrastructures are under construction and will be finished in roughly two years.
