Ningde to subsidize SMEs

Ningde, a prefecture-level city along the northeastern coast of Fujian province, will allocate 3.6 million yuan ($565,920) to small and micro enterprises (SMEs) in its eight counties, according to the local government.

All eligible SMEs, with an annual revenue of less than 20 million yuan, in Fuan, Fuding, Xiapu, Gutian, Shouning, Zhouning, Pingnan and Zherong counties can apply prior to Nov 20.

Every business will enjoy a discount on the basis of its loan interest, but the cap will be set at 150,000 yuan.
