E-commerce businesses that sell pollution-free, organic agricultural products or products with the agro-product geographical indications and reap 1 million, 5 million, or 10 million yuan or above in annual online sales for the first time will be granted 20,000, 50,000, or 100,000 yuan in a lump sum, respectively.
E-commerce businesses that win related national or provincial awards will be granted 200,000 or 100,000 yuan, respectively.
In addition, the policy encourages college students to start their own online businesses.
