Pingnan's new science museum to go public free

Pingnan association for science and technology and Yuanyang Creek Tourism Development Corporation signed an agreement for a science museum on June 10, which means museum construction will start soon.

According to the Ningde Evening News, the science museum covers an area of 1,200 square meters, with 10 million yuan ($1.61 million) of investment.

Museum's design proposal was already approved by experts from provincial institutions. It is expected to open to the public for free at the end of the year, as planned.
