Fujian, Macao sign 3 joint venture deals

Enterprises from Fujian and Macao signed three agreements on joint ventures following Fujian Party Secretary You Quan’s visit to Macao on June 2, China News Service reports.

Xiamen Airlines reached a framework agreement with Macao’s Wan Yu Group, which engages in industrial investment, real estate, hotels and catering.

Fujian Eversum Holdings, the Administrative Committee of Gulei Development Zone in Zhangzhou city and the Nam Kwong petrochemical corporation will jointly develop a new aromatics project with an investment of $2.9 billion.

Another cooperation deal was inked by Fujian-based Newland Group and the Macao Association of Traders and Operators of Commercial Vehicles on intelligent transportation and environmental technologies.
