He Zezhong, chief procurator of the People's Procuratorate of Fujian Province, inspected the Xinxiang village, Changqiao township, Pingnan county, Fujian province on Oct 23.

The People's Procuratorate of Fujian Province has helped Xinxiang's development since 2013, as part of the Fujian's beautiful- village construction programs.

Xinxiang village has cleaned its watercourses, mended its roads, and reconstructed the primary schools and public squares. He praised Xinxiang's perfection in infrastructure, people's livelihood, village appearance and its governance over this past year.

He made a set of further improvement requirements for the construction of a "beautiful village". People's benefits get the top priority in planning a new program. Environmental protection needed to be promoted among the residents. The local government should help villagers increase their family incomes and give more support to the poor families, especially solve the housing problems.
