Pingnan county supports college graduates starting in business

Pingnan county is strengthening the financial support for college graduates to start their own businesses with a total initiating fund of 1,000,000 yuan ($160,100), ndwww.cn reported.

A series of preferential policies on business registration, tax reduction and exemption, and financial support for business start-ups have been confirmed in the Advice on Strengthening and Improving the Work on Supporting College Graduates’ Business Start-ups introduced by Pingnan county .

According to the Advice, the amount of financial support for college graduates’ initiating their own business has reached 1,000,000 yuan. College graduates who start their own businesses and meet the conditions required in the Advice could continuously get a monthly subsidy of 300 yuan per person for three years.

The Advice also confirms that a guarantee fund at county level will be found with a first tranche of 500,000 yuan and a small amount of loan guarantee up to 300,000 yuan with an interest rate decreasing by 3 percent.

Government services on small loans with a discounted interest rate, subsidized projects, policy advice, project promotion, business practice guidance, enterprise training and follow-up feed-back will soon be provided.

Services of including free personal archives management within 3 years, a business -start-uping training centerre for college graduates, entrepreneurial leadershiping plan and mentor system, and the promotion of student entrepreneurship models will be realized in the near future.
