Pingnan invests in road construction

Pingnan plans to invest 500 million yuan ($80.8 million) to build main roads to connect the county’s seven townships, according to county authorities.

The construction is scheduled to finish by the end of 2014. To ensure the project is a success, the county authorities plan to earmark 10 million yuan as a starting fund. Preferential policies will also be devised to ensure the smooth implementation of the construction plan.
