XI'AN: The DOW Group on Thursday became a partner in the 2011 International Horticultural Exposition in Xi'an, capital of Northwest China’s Shaanxi province.

According to the agreement signed between the group and the organizer of the exposition, Dow will provide 12 million guide maps which will be distributed free of charge in the exposition park.

Yao Jingfang, general manager of the Xi'an International Horticultural Exposition Investment (Group) Ltd, said: "The Xi'an International Horticultural Exposition is the largest international event in Northwest China. So far, 109 domestic cities and exhibitors have entered their names for it which is expected to draw 12 million visitors."

"One well-designed map will make the visit convenient and show the high level of organization of the event," he said.
