Since 2000, Xu Guohong successfully participated in the Haidian Overseas Students Pioneer Park. He established the America EIS Company, Shenzhen iPanel Network & Technology Co Ltd, and, in 2006, established the Beijing elooMobile Co Ltd.

Chairman and CEO of Beijing elooMobile Co Ltd, Xu Guohong received his doctorate degree from Princeton University in 1995. After graduation, he began his postdoctoral research at the University of California from 1995 to 1997. He was named an "Outstanding Youth Worker of Science and Technology in the United States" in 1996.

Since 2000, Xu Guohong successfully participated in the Haidian Overseas Students Pioneer Park. He established the America EIS Company, Shenzhen iPanel Network & Technology Co Ltd, and, in 2006, established the Beijing elooMobile Co Ltd. Xu was honored with the title of "Zhongguancun Venture Award for Outstanding Overseas Returnee" in 2008.

Beijing elooMobile Co Ltd is devoted to the development of core mobile internet technology and business promotion. The company strives to develop an open, independent, multi-media platform that will provide mobile phone manufacturers with software products and users with diversified services.

In 2008, the company obtained the "Mobile Internet Technology Innovation Award", "2008 China's 50 Mobile Phone Value-Added Products Most Worthy of Investment" distinction and "CHINICT 2008 Microsoft Award" (presented to fast growing enterprises).
