Rice farming, agritourism in Jilin boost villagers' incomes
Rice fields are spread throughout Guangdong village in Yanbian Korean autonomous prefecture, Northeast China's Jilin province. A delegation of journalists visited the village on July 27 as part of a media campaign that was launched to promote an in-depth understanding of the region and its achievements. Guangdong village relies on rice farming and has developed paddy field tourism and agritourism homestays. In 2020, the village received a total of 380,000 tourists.
