A total of 30 national model workers, including Gao Fengling, Li Wanjun, and Li Kaijun, have been hired as distinguished professors at Tianhe Labor Relations Research Institute of Jilin University, with their appointments marked by a ceremony held on June 2.

The Tianhe Labor Relations Research Institute is an interdisciplinary and open scientific research institution established by the Jilin Provincial Federation of Trade Unions and Jilin University.

Since its establishment, it has achieved fruitful results in theoretical research, personnel training, and social services.

According to university officials, the national model workers have been employed to give lectures on labor education and inspire students with their own experiences.

There will be one or two lectures for each model worker, forming a model worker lecture series.

At the same time, students will have the chance to visit the model workers' studios, in order to enhance their understanding of labor and work.
