Four staff members from China FAW Group will attend the fourth session of the 13th National People's Congress (NPC) on March 5.

The staff members are Xu Liuping, president of FAW Group, Qi Songyu, a maintenance electrician in the technical department of FAW's Hongqi factory, Lu Xindi, a senior technician at FAW Jiefang Dalian Diesel Engine Co, and Huang Bo, an employee of FAW-Volkswagen Chengdu Branch.

Qi Songyu said that at the two sessions this year, he is most concerned about the management of the use of network signal jammers on highways and how to help model workers and "great country craftsmen" better serve society.

Lu Xindi revealed that he has prepared a motion and six suggestions this year, two of which involve the vital interests of employees.

As a grassroots representative, Huang Bo put forward suggestions for stabilizing and increasing the income of front-line industrial workers this year.

He hopes to increase the skills training of industrial workers, improve their career development channels, and allow them to have better career development and a sense of gain.
