The China-Europe freight train service (Changchun-Manzhouli-Europe International Rail Freight Line) maintained operation during this year's Spring Festival period which ran from Feb 11 to 17, according to local media reports.

On Feb 11, the train X8103, carrying automobile tires, daily necessities, clothes, shoes, hats and epidemic prevention materials produced by enterprises in Northeast China's Jilin province, departed Jilin, bound for Europe.

For the evening departure of the China-Europe train, the on-site operators prepared in advance, and optimized the process to ensure that the train left on time.

Since the beginning of 2021, the train service has carried a total of more than 1,000 TEUs of import and export goods with a value of approximately 650 million yuan ($100.56 million). The province's goods have accounted for 46 percent of this total.
