The launch of the student affairs service hotline was an important measure to implement the requirements of the central government, deepen on-campus reform and bolster student satisfaction.
Since its trial operation on Dec 9, the hotline has accepted 330 facility repair requests from students and 95 business inquiries, including student loans, among other things -- all of which were quickly resolved with 100 percent satisfaction.
