Liuding Mountain Cultural Tourism Area, a national AAAA scenic area and a famous Buddhism tourism resort in Northeast Asia, is three kilometers to the southern suburb of Dunhua city.
The Jinding Buddha statute is 48 meters high. It sits in front of the Mudan River, facing south to the Zhengjue Temple and Changbai Mountain, and protects China together with the Tiantan Buddha statute in Hong Kong in South China. It is the highest sitting bronze statue of Sakyamuni in the world.
The Zhengjue Temple is the world's largest nun monastery, famous for its Hall of Avalokitesvara Buddhisatva, Jade Buddha Hall and Thousand-Hand Kwan-yin.
The Qing Ancestral Temple is an exhibition center of Manchu people's historical and folk cultures, as well as a spiritual home to Manchu people from around the world to worship their ancestors.
Bohai Ancient Tombs are imperial families' tombs left by the Bohai Kingdom in history, and among the first batch of key cultural relics directly under State protection.
