About the CNEA Expo

The China-Northeast Asia Expo (CNEA Expo), launched in 2005, is a national-level expo approved by the State Council. It is the only comprehensive international expo in the world that is participated in by the six countries of Northeast Asia and is also open to the rest of the world.

The CNEA Expo, held every two years, is committed to opening Jilin up more to the outside world, promoting the national strategy of revitalizing the old industrial base of Northeast China, and promoting openness, mutual trust, and peaceful development in Northeast Asia.

The expo has become the largest and most influential platform in Northeast Asia for promoting investment and foreign exchanges. It has also become an important window between China and the rest of Northeast Asia, as well as an effective tool for promoting regional economic development.

The expo is co-sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce, the National Development and Reform Commission, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and the People's Government of Jilin Province.

It is co-organized by the International Trade Promotion Council of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, the Japan-China Economic Association, the Japan International Trade Promotion Association, the Japan Trade Promotion Agency, the Trade Association of the Republic of Korea, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Korea, the Trade Promotion Corporation of the Republic of Korea, the Mongolian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Russian Federation Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
