Ning Fenglian, a deputy to the second session of the 13th Jilin Provincial People's Congress, called on the provincial government to create a favorable business environment for entrepreneurs and inject vitality into the province's economic and social development on Jan 26.

Jilin province is set to continue its efforts in improving business environment this year. It will make business environment construction a top priority of reform and will strive to solve the difficulties faced by the private economy during the development, according to the province's government work report.

Ning hopes for the provincial government to implement policies and measures introduced by the country to support the healthy development of private enterprises.

He said that entrepreneurs should actively communicate with government departments, and support local development with enthusiasm. Government departments should strengthen their ties with entrepreneurs, absorb advice, deal with the legitimate demands of entrepreneurs and protect their legitimate rights and interests.
