From now on, businesses can follow the streamlined procedure to start legitimate operations as soon as they get their business licenses issued in the capital city of Jilin province, according to Du Yong, vice director of the General Office of the Municipal People's Government of Changchun.
Items that can be self-disciplined or well-adjusted through market forces will either become approval-free or will only require registration.

And fewer permits and certificates will be required after a company registers for business license as long as it commits to complying with all permitting requirements.
Enterprises violating this commitment will have their licenses revoked and even face heavy penalties.
