A fair promoting high-quality, characteristic agricultural products from Northeast China's Jilin province was recently held in Tianjin, with the attendance of 42 Jilin-based enterprises and 500 Tianjin representatives and major purchasers.

A series of tailor-made cultural performances, including song-and-dance duets, sketch comedy shows and talk shows, have been put on during the month-long promotional fair, to promote some 200 varieties of Jilin agricultural products such as rice, mixed beans, corn, Changbai Mountain ginseng, mushrooms and livestock products.

The event was co-hosted by the Jilin Agricultural Committee, Tianjin Municipal Commission of Rural Affairs and the Representative Office of Jilin Provincial People's Government in Tianjin.
