The 9th Northeast Asia Cooperation Forum will be held in Changchun, capital of Jilin province, on Sept 1, according to the Commerce Bureau of Jilin Province.

Various departments are in preparation.

An indispensable section of the China-Northeast Asia Expo, this year's forum will focus on the promotion of investment facilitation and trade liberation in Northeast Asia.

During the forum, several issues will be discussed including accelerating infrastructure construction in Northeast Asia and increasing cooperation among Northeast countries and regions.

About 1,200 government officials, managers of leading enterprises and investors will attend the forum.
