Scooters aren't just for kids anymore. Urban Chinese are using them to whiz from place to place, and the elderly are riding them to enhance their mobility.
They're useful for breaking through traffic jams and zooming to public transportation hubs. It helps commuters save money they'd spend on cars or taxis. Some hospitals use them to accelerate efficiency of their staff.
