Flavonol in broccoli florets can make people stronger and prevent cancer. Research conducted on 34, 000 women revealed that flavonol can protect the heart and lower myocardial infraction from happening by a rate of 15-20 percent.
However, flavonol in other plants such as tea or apples do not have this ability.
