Known for its scenery, soccer and carnival, Brazil also offers a vast cuisine that mixes indigenous, European and African flavors. An important part of the Brazilian gastronomy involves barbecue and grilling, as well as the use of meat, poultry, fish and tropical fruits. Due to the vast Brazilian territory, there are plenty of regional traditional dishes, still the "feijoada" is considered the main national dish. Some of the most popular dishes are small chocolate and caramel cakes called "brigadeiros", coconut flan, banana cake and fresh fruits. In addition to fruit juices, smoothies and coconut water, the most popular drink in the country is the "caipirinha", made with the national liquor of Brazil "cachaza".
