Top chefs present classic Cantonese cuisine

The Summer Palace restaurant is presenting a classic Cantonese cuisine until the end of this month.
With the help of Huang Min'an, a chef with 40 years experience at Jade Garden, Meixin Group of Hong Kong, Summer Palace's executive chef Kenny Chan will select original Cantonese ingredients, using traditional cooking methods. Some classic dishes are bird's nest in broth, and mandarin fish roll with ham.
