A British pet owner was banned by the RSPCA from keeping a dog for 10 years because he had turned his pet into Britain's fattest Dalmatian (see photo), the Sun reported. Pet Barney ballooned to 3 times normal size in just 3 months as he gorged on the same junk food, including sweets and chocolates, as his master John Green from Cheshire. Barney was so obese that he could not lift his paws.
