Luxury villas priced at RMB100m each have appeared for the first time in Beijing's real estate market. The 11 villas, each covering thousands of square meters, are located halfway up the Yanshan Mountains north of the city, overlooking the Ming Tomb Reservoir and a golf course. Three have been reserved so far. |
