Don't copy the mistakes

Don't copy the mistakes: the desert cake has maggots! China's hope is not making the same mistakes as the USA and the West.
Some of us hear a lot of folks telling everyone that the governmental system of the US (and the West) is so great, with all of its wonderful freedoms. China should do just so!
Some of us see things in the US government (and the West) that do not coincide well with what we keep hearing. It is easy to agree that the US is a great powerful nation, that the american (and the Western) people are enviable for their possessions and their freedoms.
Some folks tell us that this great expansion of democracy is what everyone needs, and some keep telling China that they don't have this and they don't have that, and they have this problem and that problem.
I see China as having its own distinct qualities, so many of them! I do not see any good reasons for why the US government (and the West) can't relax and try to be more constructive rather than critical and distrustful!
Let's work on solutions, rather than pointing out everyone else's skid marks in the bottom of their underwear -- that is not very interesting, nor productive!
