Rescuers work to save coal miners trapped
underground in a mine flooding at Sigou mine in Xinan county, central
China's Henan Province December 2, 2005. Forty-two miners were trapped
beneath the ground when the mine was flooded at 11:40 Friday. Only six
miners escaped the site of the flooding. Rescue operations are underway.
