Flood mine traps 42 workers underground in Henan

Rescuers work to install pipeline to pump
water from a flooded coal mine in Xinan county, central China's Henan
Province December 2, 2005. Forty-two miners were trapped beneath the
ground when the mine was flooded at 11:40 Friday. Only six miners escaped
the site of the flooding. Rescue operations are underway.
