 US Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld (L) is

2005. Rumsfeld is in Beijing for a three-day visit to try to boost
exchanges with the Chinese military and discuss regional security worries
over North Korea. Rumsfeld, who will also visit South Korea, Mongolia,
Kazakhstan and Lithuania, is making his first trip to China since taking
