A woman in Changsha died from rabies after failing to be vaccinated when she was bitten by a dog, Xiaoxiang Morning News reported on Monday. The woman, a graduate from a medical college, was bitten by a stray dog in August and thought she could deal with the wound by rinsing it with a large amount of water.
