Hunan Normal University is holding a lottery for seats in its classrooms, the Xiaoxiang Morning Herald reported on Monday. Because of high demand, the school is holding a lottery for seats in three classrooms at the school's library. Winners of the lottery will be guaranteed a seat for one year, according to a staff member at the library.
