Learning history through lens

An exhibition featuring 200 works from photographers Gao Fan and Niu Weiyu is on at the National Art Museum.

Born in 1922 in Zhejiang province, Gao, the former editor-in-chief of PLA Pictorial, once participated in the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression (1937-45). Niu, from Henan province, also joined the war in 1945.

A collective presentation of lifetime works from Gao and Niu, the exhibition will let people find the passion and spirit in the times.
