An exhibition featuring 200 works from photographers Gao Fan and Niu Weiyu will be held at the National Art Museum of China on June 8.

Born in 1922 in Zhejiang province, Gao, the former editor-in-chief of PLA Pictorial, once participated in the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression (1937-45). Niu, from Henan province, also joined the war in 1945.

A collective presentation of lifetime works from Gao and Niu, the exhibition will let people find the passion and spirit in the times captured by the two artists.

The exhibition will run until June 18.
