Through the lens of two Qatari photographers Ahmed Al Khulaifi and Saeed Al Marri, viewers have a visual trip from the vast northern grassland across China to the Lijiang River in southern Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, where they will be amazed by the interesting cormorant fishing tradition.
The Year of Culture is an annual event launched by the Qatar Museums to deepen understanding between countries through a series of events.
Mohammed Al Othman, Qatar Museums' director of public and international relations, said in a release that: "While interacting with people in their natural environments, the photographers present us with deeper insights into both Chinese and Qatari culture in this stunning collection of photography, representing each photographers individual style and experience."
