A 3,000-year-old tomb complex has been found in Neihuang county, Central China's Henan province. The tombs were found accidentally by a local villager who dug a kiln in the area in March.
The tombs were buried 10 meters underground and items like bronze wares, human and animal bones were unearthed.
Through a preliminary excavation, archaeologists said that 18 tombs discovered at the site can be dated back to as early as the Mid Shang Dynasty (c. 16th century-11th century BC).
